Meine erste Kamera - die Nikon d300s - habe ich von meinem Opa bekommen als ich 13 war. Da der Automatikmodus nur schlecht funktioniert hat, konnte er schlecht mit ihr umgehen.
Für mich war es eine wirklich gute Herausforderung, mich mit den Prinzipien der Fotografie auseinanderzusetzen. (Die ersten zwei Monate waren meine Bilder immer viel zu gelb...;)
Bis heute fotografiere ich nur im manuellen Modus, liebe das Spiel mit Licht und Perspektive. Besonders das, was als unvollkommen gilt, finde ich spannend. Menschen fotografiere ich besonders gerne, wenn sie nicht wissen, dass sie fotografiert werden. Mittlerweile macht es mir aber auch sehr viel Spaß, mit den Menschen hinter der Kamera zu interagieren, kommunizieren und gemeinsam spannende Bilder zu kreieren.

(The first two months my pictures were always way too yellow...;) To this day I only shoot in manual mode, love the play with light and perspective. I especially like photographing people when they don't know they are being photographed. In the meantime, however, I also really enjoy interacting with the people behind the camera, communicating and creating exciting images together.
